Classroom Support

If you run into technical difficulties during an Academic Computing classroom event, first call the Meyer Tech Desk at 650-723-9407. They will come down and troubleshoot any problems you run into. In the rare case where they are unable to fix the problem, it is most likely something that would require significant work - something that would probably disrupt your class. In such situations we will do our best to find a workaround and will assign someone to address the problem between classes.

We recommend that you orient yourself to the facilities and test the set-up you would like to use well in advance of your event; if you would like to schedule special set-ups or demonstrations, please visit our Classrooms page and fill out a proposal form.
