See the Image Compositing in Photoshop tutorial for an overview of the features required for this assignment.
Create an image composite with a CS2C reference or theme. You can build on a scene that you've described in a previous assignment. We really want to see images from various sources blend together and interact with each other with some degree of photorealism. It can be a spoof of a movie poster, work of art, or something completely original. If you are spoofing something else, make sure your project is at least 90% your own work. Do not just take an existing copyrighted image and add elements on top of it, as it will almost certainly fail the 90% test.
Make a ZIP file of your original source images and your layered PSD file. Upload the ZIP file as directed in Coursework.
Example of acceptable work:
Care was taken to take new photos designed to integrate together in a unified composite image. Though it strongly resembles the original "inspiration" image, it is clear that every part of the re-creation is new and only relies on the original image to provide a humorous contrast.
Example of unacceptable work:
Adding a color adjustment, an iDVD logo, and some text on top of somebody else's copyrighted work does not constitute sufficient original work. If we were to "erase" the original image out of the work, barely anything would be left! If this was an actual submitted work, it would be returned to the student for resubmission.
